Garbage Flooring that cost me $$$$$

Had Sears Home Central in Newmarket, Ontario install some fibre flooring. It turned out terrible, poor quality, poor installation and was on my Sears card for $3500.00. I spoke with Paul McKee from Sears several times and he sent out someone to try and repair it, didn't work. Then he sent out the mfg. sales rep. from Takkart Flooring, of course they said it wasn't the floor it was the installation. This went on for months and finally I told Paul Mckee that I was selling the house and wanted this resolved. After that he never returned my phone calls, or emails. I sold the house and Sears tells me that I am responsible for the ENTIRE bill of $3500.00 for flooring that looked like it was installed by a 10 year old. When Sears found out that I had sold the house, their answer was "sorry, once you move we can no longer live up to the warranty" and if you don't pay, your credit will be ruined. I'm still paying for that flooring and was totally ripped off by them.
